AdMob Monitor Privacy Policy

In short: AdMob Monitor has no servers. You sign in directly with Google, your AdMob data travels straight from Google's API to your device, and it stays there. We never see, store, transmit, or sell your AdMob data or your Google account information. The optional free tier shows ads through Google's ads SDK; the Pro subscription removes them.

Who we are

AdMob Monitor is developed by MW Supply Limited ("we"). It is an unofficial, independent companion app for Google AdMob and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. AdMob is a trademark of Google LLC.

Google sign-in and your AdMob data

To show your statistics, the app asks you to sign in with your Google account using Google's own OAuth 2.0 flow in a secure system browser sheet. The app never sees or stores your Google password. You grant the app read-only access to your AdMob data (Google's admob.readonly permission) and basic profile information (your email address, shown in Settings so you know which account is connected).

What we access: your AdMob publisher account ID, reporting time zone and currency; your list of apps and ad units; and earnings/performance reports (estimated earnings, impressions, clicks, eCPM and similar metrics).
How it is used: solely to display your own statistics to you inside the app, on your device.
Where it goes: nowhere. Requests go directly from your device to Google's AdMob API over HTTPS. We operate no servers, and your AdMob data is never transmitted to us or to any third party by the app.
What is stored: your sign-in token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device only (it does not sync to iCloud). Recent report results may be cached on-device so the app opens quickly and works briefly offline.
Revoking access: sign out in the app's Settings at any time, and/or remove the app's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the app removes the token and all cached data from your device.

Limited Use: AdMob Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the app's user-facing features, never for advertising targeting, never for sale, and never for human review.

Advertising (free tier)

The free version of AdMob Monitor shows banner ads served by Google's AdMob service via the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Like any app that shows ads, the SDK may collect device information — such as device identifiers (including, with your permission, the advertising identifier), IP address, and coarse ad-interaction data — to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

On first use of the free tier, iOS may show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads still work but are not personalised using cross-app identifiers.
Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent message is shown before any ads load, and your choices are respected.
AdMob Monitor Pro removes all ads — with an active subscription the ads SDK is not used at all and no ad-related data is collected.
Your own AdMob statistics are never used for advertising in any way (see Limited Use above).

Subscriptions

AdMob Monitor Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple handles billing, renewals and receipts in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, files, location, browsing history, or any analytics about how you use the app. There are no third-party analytics SDKs. We have no user database — because we have no servers.

Data stored on your device

Your sign-in token (Keychain), app settings (such as your payment-threshold value), and cached report data are stored only on your device. Removing the app deletes all of it.

Children

AdMob Monitor is a tool for app publishers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected in a future app update.
