Summary: Coorie streams your baby's camera and microphone directly between your own devices, peer-to-peer and end-to-end encrypted. Your video and audio are never collected, stored on, or sent through MW Supply Limited's servers. There's no account and we don't ask for personal information. The free tier shows ads (Google AdMob) and asks for your consent first; subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple.
Coorie has no account system, no login, and no user profile, and it does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. MW Supply Limited operates no servers that receive your baby's video or audio. The only data processing beyond your own devices and your own iCloud account is done by the advertising provider on the free tier, described in section 6.
Coorie uses your device's camera and microphone on the Baby Station to stream a live view to your Parent Viewer. This stream travels directly between your own devices over a peer-to-peer, end-to-end encrypted (DTLS-SRTP) connection. Your video and audio are not collected, not stored on, and not transmitted through MW Supply Limited's servers — we never see or have access to the feed.
To introduce your two devices to each other, Coorie stores a small amount of data in your own private iCloud (Apple's CloudKit private database): the “baby station” presence (that a Baby Station is available) and the connection-setup messages needed to start the stream (commonly called signaling). This information lives only in your own iCloud account and is accessible only to your Apple ID. It is governed by Apple's privacy policy and is not accessible to MW Supply Limited. You can turn iCloud off for the app in iOS Settings.
Because both devices are already yours and already signed in to the same Apple ID, Coorie does not need — and does not create — an account of its own. It does not ask for, collect, or store personally identifiable information, and there is no first-party analytics.
Your in-app preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS's standard mechanisms and are not transmitted anywhere. Any clips you choose to record with Coorie Pro are saved in the app's own storage on your device under your control; they are not uploaded to MW Supply Limited.
The free tier of Coorie shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. If you subscribe to Coorie Pro, the app shows no ads at all and the AdMob SDK is not started.
Coorie Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase using StoreKit. Your purchase, payment, and renewals are handled entirely by Apple under your Apple Account; MW Supply Limited never receives your payment card details or other payment information. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled any time in your Apple Account settings.
For the Coorie Pro “watch from anywhere” feature, Coorie tries to connect your devices directly. When a direct peer-to-peer connection isn't possible (for example, behind certain networks), the encrypted media may be relayed through a TURN relay server to keep the stream working. The relay only passes along already-encrypted traffic — it cannot decrypt your media, which remains end-to-end encrypted between your devices.
Coorie is a tool used by parents and caregivers to watch their own child. It is not directed to children and collects no data from children. The camera (the Baby Station) is set up and operated by the account holder — the adult who owns the devices and the Apple ID. The app is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
Because Coorie keeps no servers and no account, the data it uses — your settings, any recordings, and the small CloudKit signaling/presence records — stays in your own device storage and your own iCloud account. You can access and delete it directly: clear settings or recordings in the app or by deleting the app, and turn off or sign out of iCloud to remove the app's CloudKit data from your account. Apple's signaling records are short-lived and exist only to set up a connection. Since the data stays in your own iCloud, you remain in control of it.
If we change how Coorie handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy labels for the affected version of the app.
