The events you create — titles, dates, notes, categories, chosen colours and any photo you attach — are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database, in a shared container so the app's widgets can display them. If you enable iCloud (a Pro feature), this data is also stored in your private iCloud database so it syncs across your devices. It is governed by Apple's privacy policy and is not accessible to us.
None directly. Days Counter does not require an account, has no servers of its own, and does not transmit your events to us.
The free version shows a single banner ad through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect device information and, with your permission, your device's advertising identifier. On first launch the app asks, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking:
• If you allow, ads may be personalised.
• If you don't, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones.
You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data. Days Counter Pro removes all ads, and Pro users' devices do not initialise the ads SDK.
Days Counter Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription; we never receive your payment details. The app only learns whether your device currently has an active Pro entitlement.
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No reminder content is sent to us or any third party.
Days Counter does not include third-party analytics or crash-tracking SDKs. Apple may provide us anonymous, aggregated crash and usage statistics if you have opted in to share them with developers in iOS Settings; these contain no personal data.
Days Counter is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
You can edit, archive or delete any event at any time, and deleting the app removes its on-device data. To remove iCloud copies, sign out of iCloud or delete the app's data in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
