Get-off reminder — how it works
Open a stop or station and tap Remind me to get off. Bus reminders need location access and use your distance from the stop. Rail reminders use timing estimates rather than an underground GPS position. Allow notifications, keep location access enabled for bus trips, and keep checking your stop. Force-quitting the app, device settings, poor location accuracy or service changes can affect reminders.

Core Hong Kong and Singapore trip planning, arrivals and get-off reminders are free. Questions
Why does an arrival show “no live time”?
That route has no live prediction right now — often the next bus hasn't left its terminus yet, or it's a peak-only/night route. Departly shows the scheduled frequency or first bus where available.
Are the times official?
Departly shows the estimates operators publish — as Hong Kong public sector information, and in Singapore via LTA DataMall. Singapore bus arrivals are live; Singapore train times are the published timetable, because LTA does not publish real-time train arrivals. Macau times come from the published timetable too. Times and fares are estimates and can change with traffic.
