Video Frame Export Privacy Policy

Summary: Video Frame Export does not collect personal data, contains no advertising, and uses no analytics or third-party SDKs. Everything happens on your device, or inside your own private iCloud database.

1. Information we collect

None. Video Frame Export does not ask for, collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information. The app has no account system, no login, and no user profile.

2. Photos & videos

The app reads videos and writes photos with the minimum permissions iOS provides:

Choosing a video uses Apple's system photo picker (PHPicker). The app receives only the single video you select for that session and has no other access to your photo library.
Saving an exported frame uses iOS's "Add Only" Photos authorization (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription). The app can add a photo to your library but cannot read existing photos.
Videos you pick are copied to a temporary location on your device only so the app can decode them, and are removed by iOS when the app no longer needs them.

3. iCloud sync (Pro feature)

If you subscribe to Pro, frames you export are also saved to an in-app Library that syncs across your own Apple devices via Apple CloudKit. This data is stored exclusively in your private CloudKit database, under your Apple ID. MW Supply Limited has no access to, and never receives a copy of, the contents of your Library. iCloud sync follows Apple's own privacy practices.

4. Subscriptions

Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase. All purchase and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We receive aggregated, anonymous sales reports from App Store Connect; we do not receive your name, email address, billing details, or any personally-identifying information about subscribers.

5. Network activity

Video Frame Export makes no network requests to servers owned by MW Supply Limited. The only network activity the app participates in is Apple-operated traffic for the Photos picker, StoreKit (subscription verification), and CloudKit (Pro Library sync). All of that traffic stays between your device and Apple.

6. Third-party services

The app contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, and no crash reporting services other than Apple's own first-party crash reporting (which only runs if you have opted in to Share With App Developers in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).

7. Children

Video Frame Export is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+ on the App Store. Because the app collects no data of any kind, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how Video Frame Export handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy nutrition labels for the affected version of the app.
