In short: Duplikit runs entirely on your Mac. It has no servers, no analytics, and collects no personal information. Everything you set up stays on your device.
None. Duplikit does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. We do not operate analytics or tracking servers, and the app contains no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
To do its job, Duplikit stores the following locally on your Mac only:
This information never leaves your Mac. The accounts and data inside the apps you duplicate belong to those apps and are handled under their own privacy policies — Duplikit only provides each copy with a separate folder to store its data in.
When you choose an app to duplicate, Duplikit reads that app (which you select yourself) so it can launch it with the right name and icon. It does not modify, copy, or upload the app.
Duplikit offers a subscription (monthly or yearly) with a free trial, and a one-time lifetime licence. Purchases are handled by our authorised reseller (Merchant of Record), who processes payment and applicable taxes. We never see or store your payment-card details. Your licence key is verified entirely on your Mac using built-in cryptography — the app does not contact us or any server to unlock or check your subscription. The reseller’s handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy, linked from your receipt.
Everything Duplikit stores stays on your Mac until you remove it. Deleting a copy in the app removes its private data folder. Removing the Duplikit app removes its data with it.
Duplikit is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
