These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Duplikit application and website (“Duplikit”, “we”, “us”), provided by MW Supply Limited. By downloading, installing or using Duplikit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Duplikit.
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription or lifetime licence, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Duplikit on Macs that you own or control. You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share your licence key, or attempt to circumvent the app’s licensing.
Duplikit launches apps that you have already installed, opening them with a separate data profile so a copy can use a different account. Duplikit does not modify, copy, repackage or distribute those apps, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by their developers. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of any third-party app remains subject to that app’s own terms.
Duplikit is offered as a monthly or annual subscription with a free trial, or as a one-time lifetime licence. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller (Merchant of Record), who appears on your statement and handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or your billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
If Duplikit isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a refund for the current period, subject to our reseller’s policies. Lifetime licences are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
You agree to use Duplikit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any third-party apps you launch with it. You are responsible for the accounts you sign into and the data within them.
Duplikit runs entirely on your Mac and does not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy. Payment and tax information is handled by our reseller under their privacy policy.
Duplikit is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will work with every app or be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MW Supply Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Duplikit. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update Duplikit and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
