How the cancellation policy works

In Settings you choose how much notice you need (for example 24 hours). If a student cancels at least that far ahead, that class is free for them; if they cancel late or don't show up, it's charged — and you can grant a make-up credit. You can override any single charge by hand. Every statement line shows the reason, so the numbers are always easy to explain.

Rostra Pro

Rostra is free to start — run your smallest set of students and classes end to end. Rostra Pro (Monthly or Annual, with a free trial on the Annual plan) unlocks unlimited students and classes, next-month projections, per-class profit insights and trends, CSV/Excel import, iCloud backup, clean branded PDF statements and removes ads. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Frequently asked

Is my data private?
Yes. Your students, fees and attendance stay on your device and, if you turn it on, sync through your own private iCloud. We never see or sell your data — see the Privacy Policy.

Can I change a charge?
Yes — open any session and set a student to present, waived, late-cancel or no-show, or override the charge entirely.

Does it work offline?
Yes. Rostra works fully offline at the studio; iCloud sync catches up when you're back online.
