Summary: Time to Wake Up has no accounts and collects no personal information. Your location is used only on your device to tell when you reach your stop — it is never sent to us or to anyone else. There are no ads, no analytics, and no third-party trackers.
Time to Wake Up is developed by MW Supply Limited ("we"). We do not operate our own servers and we do not run an account system. We cannot identify you personally.
The core of the app is detecting when you arrive at a destination you choose. To do this, iOS provides your device's location to the app while a trip is active, including in the background so the alarm can wake you with the screen locked.
Your location never leaves your device. It is used in real time, on your iPhone or iPad, only to measure the distance to the stop you set and to trigger your alarm. We do not collect it, store it on any server, transmit it, sell it, or share it. We have no way to see where you are or where you travel.
The stops you save, your trip history (a record of the stops you've been woken at), and your preferences (alert style, sound, wake-up zone size, and so on) are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, your saved stops and trip history are also synced to your own private iCloud database (using Apple's CloudKit) so they stay up to date and backed up across your devices. That data lives in your Apple Account; we have no access to it and never receive a copy.
The app schedules local notifications on your device to show the wake-up alert. These are created and delivered entirely on your device and are not sent through us or any third party.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, location history, or any usage analytics. The app contains no advertising and no third-party software development kits that collect data.
Time to Wake Up is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we do not collect personal data on any server we control, we have nothing to retain or delete on our side. All app data stays on your device and in your own iCloud, and can be removed at any time by deleting the app.
If we change how Time to Wake Up handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and reflect material changes in the App Store privacy details for the affected version.
