Summary: Corynx for Mac is a local system monitor. It does not automatically upload monitoring readings or local diagnostic counters to us, and we operate no collection server or Corynx account system. The Mac app stores limited diagnostic counters and widget snapshots on your Mac; you choose whether to share a report. It contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising or tracking. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Corynx is developed by MW Supply Limited (“we”). This policy explains what data Corynx handles. The short version: monitoring and local diagnostics stay on your device unless you choose to export or share a report. You can use every feature without signing in, because there is nothing to sign in to.
To show you live statistics, Corynx reads system information from macOS on your Mac: CPU load, memory and swap usage, GPU usage, disk capacity and input/output, network throughput, battery status, system uptime and the macOS thermal-pressure level. This information is read and displayed locally. The main app keeps a short rolling history in memory for its trend graphs; quitting Corynx discards that in-memory history. Pro widgets also use a bounded snapshot saved in a shared local file, including recent readings, capture times and up to 120 CPU and memory samples. The last widget snapshot remains on your Mac after the app quits, until it is replaced by a later snapshot or the local data is removed. Corynx does not automatically upload these readings to us. If you choose to export or share a report, its contents become available to the recipients you select under their own practices.
To show exact component temperatures and fan speeds, you can install the optional, free Corynx Sensor Helper. It reads those sensors from the System Management Controller on your Mac and passes the readings to Corynx locally, over a private connection on the same machine. The Sensor Helper exchanges readings and status with Corynx over a loopback connection confined to this Mac; it does not send these readings to us. If you do not install it, Corynx simply shows the macOS thermal-pressure level instead.
Corynx Pro is an optional upgrade, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases, billing, renewals and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account — we never see or store your name, your payment-card details, or your Apple Account. To unlock Pro features, Corynx checks your purchase entitlement directly with the App Store on your device; this check does not identify you to us. You can manage or cancel a subscription in System Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
We do not operate a developer collection server or automatically receive monitoring readings or local diagnostic counters from Corynx. The app makes local requests to the optional Sensor Helper over this Mac’s loopback address; these helper requests stay on the same Mac. Apple’s App Store services handle purchase verification. Opening the support, privacy or Sensor Helper pages launches your web browser to load them from this website.
Corynx does not automatically send monitoring readings or local usage counters to us. The app keeps counts of feature and purchase-screen interactions on your Mac for local diagnostics, retaining up to eight ISO weeks. These counters do not contain an account identifier, free-text content or a detailed event timeline, and are not automatically uploaded. You can choose Settings → Help → Copy Support Details to copy a diagnostic report containing app and macOS versions plus these counters to your clipboard. Nothing is sent by that action; review the copied text before pasting or sharing it elsewhere. Local counters and widget snapshots remain separate from collection by a developer or third party. Corynx for Mac contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external party involved is Apple, for App Store purchases, governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Corynx is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If we change how Corynx handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above, and reflect material changes in the App Store privacy labels for the affected version.
