Getting started
On the Focus tab, choose Tiny start for a five-minute session, use Countdown, or open More for other durations and session modes. You can use Emberhush without creating an app account.
Sound is generated on your device. Check the app volume, your device volume and the selected audio output if you cannot hear it. Use a comfortable listening level.
Tasks and Tiny First Step
You can enter and edit task steps yourself. On supported devices, Tiny First Step can also use Apple’s on-device model to suggest steps. That option depends on device eligibility, Apple Intelligence settings and model availability. Review suggestions before saving them.
Your data and iCloud
Open Settings → Help & privacy → Data & iCloud to see your data status and the option to connect with iCloud. Transfers depend on your account and connection; a completed transfer time is not a guarantee that every later change has arrived on another device.
The same page contains Delete all my data. Read its confirmation and progress messages: deletion can need a connection or another attempt, and returning to the app does not mean every retained local copy or iCloud record has been cleared. Contact us if a deletion remains pending.
Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription or remove copies already stored in iCloud or a device backup.
Membership and purchases
Open Settings → Membership to view purchase options, use Restore Purchases, or manage your subscription. Apple handles payment through your App Store account. A subscription renews unless you cancel it; deleting Emberhush does not cancel it.
You can also manage subscriptions in your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For a purchase problem, include what the app displays, but never email your password or payment-card details.
Alerts, Calendar and Screen Time
Notifications, alarms and Screen Time blocking have separate system permissions. Check the relevant permission and Emberhush settings if a feature is unavailable. Blocking selections are specific to each device.
If you add a trial reminder to Calendar, Apple’s event editor lets you review and save it. After saving, edit or remove that event in Calendar. A reminder does not cancel a trial or subscription for you.
Privacy
Emberhush has no advertising or tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for local storage, optional iCloud, purchases, permissions and support email.
