These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vicira application (“Vicira”, “we”, “us”), provided by MW Supply Limited. By downloading, installing or using Vicira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vicira.
Do not rely on Vicira for anything safety-critical. Location reminders depend on iOS background location, which the system may delay, batch or suppress to save power, and which needs location permission to stay enabled. A reminder can arrive late, or not at all. Never use Vicira as your only alert for medication, a medical appointment, childcare, a transport connection or any other situation where a missed reminder causes harm.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vicira on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense or rent the app, or attempt to circumvent its licensing or subscription checks.
Vicira lets you attach a note to a place and alerts you when you arrive there or leave. Accuracy depends on your device, its sensors, the operating system and conditions outside our control, and geofence triggering is inherently approximate. Vicira is a convenience tool, not a navigation, emergency or personal-safety service.
Location data is used to trigger your reminders and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you share a reminder with another person, only share what that person has agreed to, and only with people who have consented to receive it. Do not use Vicira to monitor, follow or track any person without their knowledge and consent. We may not be able to detect such use, but it is a breach of these Terms and may be unlawful where you live.
Vicira offers an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us. Request one via reportaproblem.apple.com. If something has gone wrong with the app, email us first — we would rather fix it.
You agree to use Vicira only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Vicira is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that reminders will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at the correct location, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MW Supply Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a reminder that was missed, late or inaccurate. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Vicira in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update Vicira and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
